These Terms govern use of Neverest ("the game", "the service"), a mobile snowboarding game with a daily course and a time leaderboard.
Neverest is offered without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or error-free operation. There is no guarantee of continuous availability: the service may become unavailable, experience interruptions, change, or be discontinued at any time, without notice.
The account is anonymous: no email, password, or name is required to play. When you create an account, your device is issued an access token that identifies that account to the server. You may optionally set a display name, which then appears on the public leaderboard.
Every time submitted to the leaderboard is recomputed by the server from the sequence of steering inputs of your run, not from any time value reported by the app. A leaderboard entry may be removed at any time if there are indications that a submission was machine-generated (for example, an input sequence optimised by a program) rather than played by a person.
Neverest offers no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or any other form of financial transaction.
The service does not collect personally identifying data and performs no age verification. Even so, if the law of your jurisdiction requires a minimum age for you to agree to these Terms on your own, your use of the service assumes that you meet that requirement, or that a parent or legal guardian has agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
These Terms may be updated at any time. The date at the top of this page indicates the version currently in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
